Chem Sil-S
Chem Sil-S is used to provide a water repellent surface on exterior building surfaces such as brickwork, plasters, concrete and natural stones. Although allowing water vapours to escape from the substrate, it significantly reduces the absorption of water and water-borne salts.
Chem Bitu LayKold
It is bitumen based waterproofing emulsion such as damp-proof membrane and vapour seal for concrete and mansory surfaces. It can also be used as protective coating for concrete below ground structures.
Chem Slurry
It is a ready-for-use (merely add water) Portland cement based waterproofing slurry. It consists of a blend of cements, graded quartz and active chemical constituents. It is supplied as a fine, grey powder. It is recommended for tunnels, dams, reservoirs and silos etc.
ChemSeal
ChemSeal is a coating made from Portland cement that protects concrete and masonry from both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure. It penetrates the surface to fill and seal pores and voids, enhancing strength, durability, and providing a uniform look.
AquaFlex
Aquaflex is a flexible waterproofing slurry used to waterproof concrete structures like balconies, bridges, and buildings. It is a two-component product consisting of a milky liquid and grayish powder that are mixed togeather.
ChemFlex
ChemFlex is a two component flexible coating based on special synthetic resin. It is used for waterproofing of tanks, roof, retaining wall and water reservoirs, Protection and repair of balconies, terraces and hunching, concrete of roads and bridges.
SuperChem Flex
It is a highly flexible liquid applied emulsion reinforced with membrane or without membrane to provide an in-situ, seamless professional waterproofing system. It is recommended for parapet walls, sealing of joints, laps and roofing screws on corrugated roofs.

It is a one-component highly elastic polyurethane-based liquid membrane designed for superior waterproofing. Its advanced elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins create a seamless, elastic, and vapor-permeable barrier. Chem Swellable bar
Chem Swellable Bar is used in integral sealing for construction joints in concrete cast in-situ. Convenient and problem solving in situations where a conventional waterstop would require complex shuttering. Typical uses include secant piled and diaphragm walled basements, pile caps and casting against old concrete. It can provide simple solutions to detailing pipe entries, construction joints in vertical plane and to kicker joints.
