Chemrep FC
It is designed for application to minor imperfections in concrete and masonary surfaces. It is suitable for the application in range of feather edge to 3mm, and can be used in situation like filling pinholes prior to coating, general reprofiling over large area upto 3mm depth.
Chemrep FMC
The high fluid nature of Chemrep FMC obviates the need for compaction and vibration and are most suitable for, Repair zones with restricted areas or congested reinforcement, Reinstatement of large structural sections for concrete and repair to concrete effected by alkali-silica reaction.
Chemrep FS
Chemrep FS is used for the emergency reinstatement of damaged or deteriorated concrete. The material can be externally or internally and is particularly suitable for repair to airport runways and aprons and areas where wheeled traffic requires fast return to service.
Chemrep GT
It is a pre-mixed ready to use single component polymer modified, cementitious repair mortar containing a migrating corrosion inhibitor (MCI). It is intended for use in hot climatic conditions as a structural repair mortar for the repair and reinstatement of concrete.
Chemrep HS
It is suitable for hand and spray application for repairs where high load bearing is required. Typical application would include, but not limited to vertical and overhead repairs to restore covercrete, general concrete and masonry repair and voids greater then 30mm repair.
Chemrep FR
Chemrep FR is a polymer-modified, fiber reinforced, cement-based mortar, which is chloride-free, ready to used, non-shrink single component product. It is used in potable water retaining structures, repairing voids and honeycombed areas, bedding mortar for concrete planks i.e. seats at sports stadiums.
Chemrep ZR Primer
Chemrep ZR primer is the recommended anti-corrosion primer for exposed steel reinforcement for use with chemcoat concrete repair mortars. The product actively resists corrosion within the confines of the repair location and avoid the generation of incipient anodes in immediately adjacent locations. It is an electrically conductive coating, is fully compatible with all chemcoat mortars.
Chembond
Chembond is a cement based bond for interior & exterior fixing of ceramic, glass mosaic and stone claddings in permanent submerged and high risk condition. It is suitable for fixing material such as marble, stone cladding and brick slips, the weight of which should not exceed 40 Kg/- m2 unless mechanical fixing is also used.
Chemdermix 116
Chemdermix 116 is two-component, solvent-free epoxy compound. It is used for bonding new (plastic) concrete or screeds to existing hardened concrete in non-load bearing applications. Priming of prepared concrete prior to the application of chemscreed epoxy mortar cementitious floor screeds, in order to achieve fully bonded systems.
Chemdermix 314
Chemdermix 314 is designed for application to blow holes and surface imperfections in concrete surfaces. It is suitable for application in thickness greater then 3mm, and can be used in situation like filling blow holes prior to overcoating and general reprofiling over large areas upto thickness of 20mm.
Chemdermix 318
Chemdermix 318, solvent free, filled, polyamide cured epoxy. It is used for repairing and patching defects in concrete, fabricating components and repairing defects in fibre cement products. It is specifically designed for horizontal surface applications.
Chemdermix 319
Chemdermix 319, solvent-free epoxy resin bedding mortar/adhesive with low slump characteristics. The product has particularly high adhesive characteristics and will cure under damp conditions. It is used for fast repairs to honeycombed concrete.
Chemdermix 389
Chemdermix 389 is a two component, solvent free, low viscosity modified epoxy. It is a crack injection compound for cracks between 0.10 to 5mm in width. It is also suitable for gravity feed applications subject to crack width and depth, for better penetration consider the injection process. May also be used as primer for epoxy mortars and electrical encapsulation.
Chemdermix 500
Chemdermix 500 is a solvent-free, three-component epoxy mortar, formulated to exhibit good abrasion resistance and high strength characteristics. It is used for rapid reinstatement or coatings of concrete structures such as manholes, sewer outfalls, chemical spillage areas.
Chemrep 60
Chemrep 60 is used for the rapid temporary patching and plugging of concrete segments, concrete and brick tunnel linnings, sewage systems, below ground access chambers pipes basements, foundation and mines. it provides an initial set time of approximately one minute.
